In this video, we see how we can use Microsoft Forms to build our customer satisfaction feedback form, then use Power Automate to orchestrate the consolidation of entries received from customers.
Finally, the data is pushed to Power BI as a dataset that can be used to create dashboards that either warns the senior management team/operations team of dissatisfied customers or lets the senior management team/operations team know that your customers are happy :)
